GothCon incl PTQ and SCV Open

Judges are needed to staff the Magic events at GothCon 17-20/4 2014. There are numerous events that need judges, including two Scandinavian Open events (www.scvpoen.com) and a sealed PTQ. There will alse be numerous smaller events held during the weekend. You can apply for shifts during the weekend, where a shift is approximately half a day in length (early: 8.00-16.30; late 16.00-24.00). If there is an event that you are interested in playing in before or after judging a shift the same day, please let us know so that we are able to accomodate your wishes.

If you want to work at a specific event, feel free to specify your wishes in your cover letter. We cannot guarantee that you will be able to work at every tournament you desire, but you will be able to work during at least one of the larger ones, if you so desire.

Compensation will be 18 boosters per judge for each shift.

Thursday (late shift only, 1-2 judges needed):

-Modern Masters Draft (registration 17.00-18.00)

-Standard Swiss ( registration 17.00-18.00)

-Casual Swiss (registration 18.00-19.00)

Friday (approx. 5 judges needed):

-Scandinavian Open - Sealed (registration 9.00-10.00)

-Legacy (tournament starts 12.00)

-Standard (tournament starts 17.00)

-Vintage (tournament starts 18.00)

-Duel Commander (tournament starts 19.00)

Saturday ( approx 5 judges needed):

-Scandinavian Open - Sealed (day 2) (starts 08.00)

-Scandinavian Open - Standard (tournament starts 12.00)

-Legacy (tournament starts 13.00)

-Junkyard (tournament starts 18.00)

-Pauper (tournament starts 18.00)

-GPT (modern, tournament starts 19.00)

-Highlander Gold (tournament starts 21.00)

Sunday (approx 4 judges needed):

-PTQ (registration 8.00-9.00)

-Vintage (tournament starts 10.00)

-Multiplayer Commander (tournament starts 10.00)
