この度、GP千葉2015を主催することになりました、晴れる屋の高桑と申します。
GP千葉2015においては、イベントの総責任者を担当しております。
日本では前人未到の規模であるため、到らない点も多々あるかと思いますが、皆 様どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。
まず初めにこのタイミングまでジャッジ募集が遅れてしまったことお詫び申し上 げます。
今回のGP千葉では本戦参加人数4000人を想定しており、ジャッジを約130名募集 させていただきます。
採用に関しては、日本にお住まいのLv2以上のジャッジの方はすべて即採用とな ります。
Lv1の方、または海外の方は1週間ごとに採用の方を公開していく予定です。
今回のGPにおける弊社の体制図について簡単に説明させていただきます。
ジャッジマネージャーは弊社のLv2ジャッジ坂井が担当します。ジャッジ関連で 何かお困りのことがあれば坂井までご連絡ください。
また坂井のサポートとしてLv3 RCの牧野さんもジャッジマネージャーを担当する 予定です。
イベント全体についてのご意見およびご要望等がございましたら、高桑が承りま すのでお気軽にご連絡ください。

4,集合時間・解散時間などに関して
・金曜日＝ 会場集合 早番 9:00～20:00、遅番12:00～終了
・土曜日＝ 会場集合 全員 7:30～終了
・日曜日＝ 会場集合 早番 7:30～18:00、遅番12:00～終了
このように予定しておりますが、仮のものでございます。最終的にはHJと相談し て決めたいと思います。
また、この時間でジャッジをして頂けることが基本とはなっていますが、
遠方の方（日曜日に帰るので早く上がりたい）などはカバーレターにてご相談下 さい。

ジャッジサイン会は設ける予定ですが、混雑が予想されるため、方法を検討して おります。

We expect that the GP Chiba will be biggest GP ever since in Japan, so
we are going to recruit approximately 130 judges for GP Chiba.
All level2+ who live in Japan,will be automatically accepted.
An accepted judge who live in out side of Japan, will be published every week.

The dates for this event at Saturday May30 and Sunday May31 2015. and staff will be needed for Last Chance Trials on Friday, May29.

Compensation
Compensation depends on your level and the amount of days you work.
Products are given in Japanese product of mix of FRF, DTK and MM2.
We have extra MM2 boxes to cover ticket fee for L3+ comming from outside of Asia. (see below)
Compensation rates are as follows.
Lv1:1Modern Masters2015/Day
Lv2:2 Box DTK, 1 Box FRF and 1Box Modern Masters2015/Day
Lv3:2 Box DTK, 1 Box FRF and 3Box Modern Masters2015/Day
※No travel expence.
And
Lunch: We supply lunch all days you work.
Dinner: May be replaced somegift.because now we are looking for an appropriate restaurant though at the moment no restaurant 130 peoples capacity restaurant.
Playmat: you also have one official playmat of GP Chiba 2015
Hotel: Every judge have hotel room. Two-bed room will be shared with another judge.
Extra Compensation for level3+ who live out side of Asia.
L3+ from outside of Asia (Japan, China, Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand. As our study, it still doesn’t cost so much) will get
extra compensation as traveling expence.

All judge must be availavle the following schedule during week end.
This is not exactly schedule, just approximately schedule.
The final decision will be made by head judge and judge managers.
・Friday=Ealry Shift 9:00-20:00, Late Shift 12-End.
・Saturday=7:30-End.
・Sunday=Ealry Shift 7:30-18:00,LateShift 12-End.
