ホテル宿泊　勤務1日につき1泊を手配させて頂きます。希望する日程をご連絡下さい。
日曜日に早上がりしないスタッフには、追加で1泊を支給させて頂きます。
また、ホテル手配が必要無い場合はホテルサポートとして1泊につき1BOXを支給させて頂きます。こちらもご連絡下さい。

※ホテルはシングル・ツインでご用意しております。組み合わせに関しては慎重に検討させて頂きますが、ご希望に沿えない場合も御座います。予めご了承下さい。 1/5追記

交通費補助
0.5BOX…東京、千葉、神奈川、埼玉
1BOX…静岡、茨城、栃木、群馬、山梨
2BOX…愛知、岐阜、福島
3BOX…その他の都道府県※3BOXで足りない場合は応相談。カバーレターにて希望数をお伝え下さい。Lv3以上の外国籍のジャッジには2BOX追加させて頂きます。

食事補助　勤務日の朝食、昼食、夕食、軽食、（加えて、ウォーターサーバーかペットボトルの支給を検討中）をお渡しします。
（金曜日の朝食は無し、軽食はジャッジステーションに運びます）
ジャッジディナーは日曜日の夜から行います。来れない場合の補助は予定しておりません。
※今回のジャッジディナーは非開催となりました（2/15更新）

L2　2BOX＋プレイマット/1日
L1以下　1BOX＋プレイマット/1日

加えて、Lvや日数に関係なく1BOXお渡しします。
(L3の方が土日シフトだった場合は7boxとプレイマットが2枚。L2で土日シフトだった場合5boxとプレイマット2枚をお渡しします。）

今回も前回に引き続き現金のお支払いは行いませんが、持ち帰りが困難な人用に7000円/1BOXで現地買取を行います。
郵送オプション等は検討中です。

今回は特別な役職によって報酬が加算されます。
☆本戦運営マネージャー　イベント準備段階から、ヘッドジャッジとSEM、8EM、主催者のコミュニケーションサポート及び本戦運営サポート＋15BOX
☆サイドイベントジャッジマネージャー（＋サブ）　各サイドイベントのHJへの連絡、HJと連絡を取ってサイドイベントのスタッフ配置、他事前準備＋8BOX（サブは＋4BOX)
☆8人イベントジャッジマネージャー（＋サブ）　　8人イベントの弊社スタッフとの連携、8人イベントのジャッジ配置、8人イベントのWER入力、他事前準備＋6BOX（サブは＋3BOX）
☆金曜日LCGPTジャッジマネージャー（＋サブ）　金曜日のLCGPTの事前準備　スタッフの配置及び運用＋4BOX（サブは＋2BOX）

☆その他HJ、SKで＋1BOX。（本戦SKは1日で2BOX）（PCの持ちこみをして頂いた場合プレイマット/1日お渡し致します）

上記の役職に応じて報酬が加算されます
※サイドイベントマネージャーと8人イベントマネージャーは役職の性質上、金土日での勤務をお願いしております。

・ボランティアジャッジ

2日以上の勤務が条件となりますが、日数に関わらず2BOXをお渡しいたします。ホテルや交通費のサポートは御座いません。
（ホテル手配に関してはお手伝いをさせて頂ける場合も御座います。カバーレターにてご相談下さい）
Lv1やLv1を目指しているジャッジの人向けの枠です。Apps閲覧できない人物の場合は推薦可。

※今回はスタンバイジャッジは募集致しません。

3.主催者より

　お世話になります。ホビーステーションの横山です。
約20年ぶりの東京でのGP開催となります。しかもスタンダードで東京ビッグサイトとなれば非常にタフなイベントになる事が想像されます。
多くのお客様に満足頂けるイベントを開催するには、ジャッジの皆さんのご協力が不可欠だと考えております。
採用人数に関しては、直近のGP名古屋や神戸よりも多くのジャッジの皆さんにご参加頂けるよう、調整して参ります。
どうかよろしくお願い致します。

4.集合時間・解散時間

金曜日＝ 会場集合9:00～終了　
土曜日＝ 会場集合8：00～終了
日曜日＝ 会場集合7:30～終了（早上がりを希望される場合はカバーレターにてご相談下さい）

このように予定しております。
シフトの組み易さ、引継ぎのトラブル等を考慮して、早番遅番のシフトを見直させて頂きました。体への負担に関しては休憩時間を長めに調整して頂くことで対応して頂きたいと考えております。
弊社都合により皆様にご負担をかけてしまい申し訳御座いません。ご理解頂戴出来れば幸いです。

また、この時間でジャッジをして頂けることが基本とはなっていますが、遠方のかた（日曜日に帰るので早く上がりたい）などはカバーレターにてご相談下さい。

5.来日アーティスト

DaarkenとAdamPaquetteの2名を予定しております。

金曜日、土曜日、日曜日の19時よりにジャッジ及びスタッフ向けのサイン会の時間を設ける予定です。（サイン会の状況に応じて前後します）

6.連絡に関して

基本的にはGP東京のフォーラムにて連絡を致します。
ジャッジ活動に関する事以外にもホテル関係の連絡等、重要な情報はフォーラムから発信致しますので、必ず逐次確認をお願い致します。

7.募集期間

第１期：1/4～1/26
第２期：2/1～2/26
第３期：3/1～3/26

今回は１００名前後のジャッジの採用を行う予定です。
ホテル手配の都合上、３回に渡って〆切を設けさせて頂きました。早めに募集頂けると非常に助かります。
後半の募集の際にホテルの手配をご遠慮させて頂き、ホテルサポートにて（１泊につき１ＢＯＸ）ご対応させて頂く場合が御座います。

2.Compensation

 Judges will receive booster boxes, “Shadows Over Innistrad” (Japanese).

・Support

Lodging:  We will make arrangements for an overnight stay per day for staff.  If you do not have to leave early on Sunday, we will provide you an additional overnight stay at a hotel.  Please contact us with your requests.  *We have single or double rooms.  We will try to honor your requests, but it may be possible that you will have to take what is available.  First come, first served.

 
 Transport fee:3 booster boxes …we will provide 2 booster boxes for every over level 3 foreign judge.

Catering:  We will provide breakfast, lunch, dinner and a light snack plus bottled water on each day that you work with us.  The Judges’ dinner will be held on Sunday night. There are no plans to compensate you if you cannot attend this dinner.

*we do not hold the judge dinner.( announced by Feb 15)
 
 Reward:  Over level 3  …3 boxes and a play mat per a day
    Level 2   …2 boxes and a play mat per a day
    Under level 1  …1 box and a play mat per a day

As has been done previously, we will not provide cash, but we will purchase a booster box worth 7000 yen for any judges who find it difficult to bring booster boxes.

・Volunteers
Volunteers must work at least 2 days, but we will provide 2 booster boxes.  We will not pay lodging and transportation but we may be able to assist in finding lodging for volunteers.  Please contact us with a cover letter stating your needs.  This is for the people who are level 1 judges or would like to be a level 1 judge.  If you know someone who cannot access the Apps, you can recommend him or her.

  *We are not looking for Standby Judges at this time.

3.  Greeting from the organizer

 I am Yokoyama, Hobby Station.  I appreciate the help that you will give us.  It has been about 20 years since the last Grand Prix was held in Tokyo.  Moreover, it might be a hard event because the format is standard, and it will be held at Tokyo Big Sight.  I believe that we will need your help and support to guarantee a great experience for the many people who will participate in this Grand Prix.  Since more judges than the ones who helped in previous Grand Prix, GP Nagoya, or GP Kobe, are needed for this Grand Prix, we are considering a number of additional judges’ application.  I am looking forward to working with you at this Grand Prix.

5.  Artist Information

 Daarken and Adam Paquette are scheduled to attend.  Autograph sessions for judges or staff will be held on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7:00PM.  (The times depend on the Autograph session for the people participating in the event.)

We will contact you with the forum of Ground Prix Tokyo.  We will send information about tasks, hotel accommodations, and important things about the forum, so please check this information carefully.

 We are planning to employ about 100 judges at this time for this event.  We will have three separate times to schedule hotel arrangements.  At the end of the application you will note that it is possible to substitute providing a booster box for a day’s lodging at a hotel.  Whatever arrangements you require, you need to apply early in order to make your preferred reservation.
