A small one-day conference, with presenters both from Italy and abroad, filled with interesting and useful topics and advanced seminars.

All seminars will be in English, and some are aimed at helping you improve your communication in English, with the goal of preparing you to communicate correctly in an international context.

This is a short seminar about Mindfulness which is in short a different form of healthy training for your brain.  For one hour we will discuss how Mindfulness appeared and what are the benefits, how it came to be.

While not directly connected to judging, Mindfulness has applications in stress management and focus. If you feel that sometimes you can't focus, and you keep being interrupted by, say your mailbox at work or that you have some tasks that you can do quickly but take hours... this seminar is for you :)
