This time we analyze the core principle of a review: feedback! How do you start the conversation? How do you communicate the areas of improvement to a fellow judge without create negative feelings? And what is this Question Value Ladder that everyone is (not) talking about?</address><address class="MsoNormal"> </address><address class="MsoNormal">Sebastian Pękala - Bribery & Collusion and How to DQ</address><address class="MsoNormal">During this seminar, I'll discuss contents of the Bribery & Wagering penalty from IPG, details of what bribery offer can be and how to distinguish collusion from a legal split. Then I'll go over the procedures for disqualification, show helpful documents and demonstrate how to do that, step-by-step. In the end, I'll share some tips and tricks.</address><address class="MsoNormal"> </address><address class="MsoNormal">Elias Chountalas - Serious problems at Tournaments</address><address class="MsoNormal">What we define as ‘’serious problems’’ in regular and competitive REL and how they are addressed according to applicable documentation; analysis of the infraction as a regulatory notion similar to common legal provisions, with a subject and a behavioural set. The concept of what we call “subjective elements of the infraction” and how they could function as decisive factors towards more severe forms of penalties. How the social milieu of a tournament could influence the judging process, regarding serious problems in relation with the local culture.</address><address class="MsoNormal"> </address><address class="MsoNormal">Christian Gawrilowicz - Slow Play</address><address class="MsoNormal">Many judges are hesitant to punish Slow Play. In this seminar, you will acquire the tools to spot and deal with Slow Play. We are going to talk about the what, how, when, and why of this infraction and you will receive practical advice.</address><address class="MsoNormal"> </address><address class="MsoNormal">Miloš Perović - Approaching a table & Investigations</address><address class="MsoNormal">It is time to investigate! Learn how to properly approach table and ask correct questions, derive information, and deliver judgement, pardon ruling in this action-packed presentation!</address><address class="MsoNormal"> </address><address class="MsoNormal">Yuval Tzur - HCE & Recent Changes</address><address class="MsoNormal">Judges like abbreviations: LEC, DEC, GRV are some of the most common ones. In 2016 a new one entered the room: HCE, or Hidden Card error, that came to replace/enhance Drawing Extra Cards (DEC). It also obscured the limits between itself, Looking Extra Cards, and the good old Game Rules Violation. - <address>by car - Here is the address of the hotel in Google Maps. It is between Omonoia square and Metaxourgio square</address>
- <address>by bus - Most buses will stop at Kifisos station. Take bus no51 (it's the only one) and stop at the very end. The hotel is 5' walk. Here is a more detail view. This will cost you 1,2euro; if you prefer taxi it will cost you 7euros</address>
- <address>by plane - Athens has only one airport, Eleftherios Venizelos. Take the metro M3 towards Agia Marina and then change to Platia Sydagmatos to M2. Take M2 towards Anthoupoli and stop in Omonoia (2 stops) and then walk. Here is google maps to the resque. This will cost you 10euros. If you like taxi, it will cost you 50euros.</address>
