Wasn't quite sure where to put this topic so I will leave it here and move it if necessary.

So we have a local player who was suspended from the DCI for 6 months a while back and is no longer suspended i.e. they have done their time and are not on the suspended players list. WER however has different plans and shows them as still suspended.
Is there a way I can rectify this or someone I can get in contact with to do so.

Another judge in my region encountered this same problem on the weekend and found that updating WER resolved it.

sometimes updating WER will not resolve it. They will still show as suspended. It will tell you there might be a problem with adding the player to your event. it will still let you add them. As long as they are not suspended your event will run properly and you will be able to upload to wizards.

I've been dealing with this for years now with a player in my area. It hasnt caused a problem yet.
