The new List of Official Rulings page (http://wiki.magicjudges.org/en/w/List_of_Official_Rulings) aims to be a comprehensive list of official rulings, especially those relevant to Competitive REL. It lists rulings that cannot be easily gleaned from reading the MTR and the IPG. All rulings on the page are reviewed by a high-level judge and they are always sourced with a link pointing to the post where the ruling was made.

You can use this list as a learning resource and to check if you would have made the correct ruling in various non-straightforward situations.

We hope this project will improve consistency and help us to make better rulings. For example, if you look at the page's “Is this Cheating?” section, you will note that even judges often have problems differentiating between acceptable behaviour and cheating. By following links from these official rulings, we can learn about various points of view but most importantly, the reasoning behind the official answer.
