Player still standing as Suspended in WER even though the player isn't.

I have a player that have been suspended. The players suspension has been lifted some time ago. But it's still standing as “Suspended” in the WER program. How can i fix that so can enroll him to events again, because the program doesn't let me do it?

You should contact your WPN rep.

Unless it has changed, WER used to only warn that the player was suspended but you could still add them to the event.

This was changed in a patch earlier this year. So there is no workaround until the issue is resolved. Its worth checking the suspended players page at http://magic.wizards.com/en/content/suspended-dci-memberships just to verify the suspension was indeed lifted,

This is ancient, but may still be true; the player had to contact Wizards' Customer Service to get the ban lifted, or it just sat there, waiting for action. And, as Mark said, your WPN rep may be able to assist.

It is not true; a suspended player is automatically unsuspended on their end-date.
However it has been true that if the WER software is not up-to-date at the store, this can result in a bug in which the player continues to show as suspended for that store until updated.

1) Ask a different store to test entering the player to see if the problem is at the store’s level.

2) Contact customer service regarding the issue.
