A local TO has to report a DQ, how can he do this? He doesn't have acces to the “investigation” tab in the judge center

That module of the Judge Center requires someone to be at least a Level 1 judge. There are a few options here…

(1) Certify the TO for Level 1. Following the normal, official process to get him to Level 1 would have the best long term benefit. Even if he only judges official on a few occassions, this can still be a benefit to the local community.

(2) Enter the report on his behalf. If you have all the information necessary for the report, entering it on the TOs behalf should not be an issue.

(3) Have the TO contact Eric Shukan, investigation lead, directly with all the details on the DQ.
