Player lookup not working in WER?

Hey y'all,

For the last week or so, every time I search for a player in WER, it always returns no result. I have the country set correctly and I get names from the database when I put in a DCI number manually. I've already restarted my computer and WER, but the problem persists. Is this a problem on WotC's end?

Player lookup not working in WER?

This is I believe a change and related to players not activating their DCI Membership cards.

If they don't activate, WER won't find them.

I have been having the same issue with no satisfaction. I'm sure we've generated dozens of unnecessary new, duplicate DCI numbers as a result.

Player lookup not working in WER?

There isn't anything the judge program can do to solve this. You should talk to your WPN rep or feed back to WotC through other channels.
