Suspended player might be using a new DCI number to keep playing

I'm curious as to what I should do if I suspect a player that was suspended is stil playing, but signed up for a new DCI number to keep playing?

I don't know the protocol to figure out if he's actually the same person/who to report to for further investigation

I recommend emailing op.fraudinvestigations@wizards.com for further guidance. They are pretty quick to respond.

Probably good in these cases to send an email to me. The Fraud team looks into things like fraudulent tourneys, counterfeiting, and other organized problems. If it is a suspended player trying to play, that's my area. Just ship me an email and we can talk about it.
