Suppose Flickerform and Baleful Eidolon are attached to the same creature. What happens to Baleful Eidolon when Flickerform is activated?

There is a ruling on flicker form:

10/1/2005 The card that was enchanted comes back onto the battlefield first, regardless of whether it's still a creature. Then any Auras exiled that can legally enchant that card come back. Any Auras that can't enchant that permanent remain exiled.

I don't think that ruling applies because the Eidolon is no longer an Aura. I think the Eidolon is returned as a creature and the attempt to attach it just fails.

When Theros was released, this rule was added to the Comprehensive Rules:

303.4h If an effect attempts to put a permanent that isn't an Aura, Equipment, or Fortification onto the battlefield attached to an object or player, it enters the battlefield unattached.

In this case, when the Eidolon returns to the battlefield, it will return as an enchantment creature, not an aura, and it will return unattached (it will not attempt to attach to the creature).
