Strionic Resonator + Parallel Thoughts

Hey guys,

So, I copy Parallel Thoughts first ability with Strionic Resonator, and I do it twice, putting two piles into the exile zone, both of which are put there by the linked ability.

I attempt to apply Parallel thought's replacement effect. What happens? Do I A: choose a pile to “draw” from, B: “draw” from both piles, C: have to “draw” from the most recently created pile.

I feel like B makes the most sense, but all the examples I can find don't have hidden information nor a replacement effect and I can't find a solid argument from the rules of why this would work. I can also see an argument for C.

You'll get a card from each pile. If you would draw a card, the Thoughts lets you get the top card from the pile. But since there's two piles, the Thoughts will let you get a card from each pile.
