After the update WER refuses to work

Greetings,

Like I mentioned in the topic, WER now refuses to work on my laptop (It's a 40$ computer with windows XP solely to report events) it just crashes all the time at the startup. I updated my .net Framework - thought it was a problem - but it's still a no. I'm pretty much exhausted downloading random stuff, reinstalling the WER all the time so I eventually posted in here. Did anyone have similiar problems that he fixed? I borrowed a laptop from my sister for the last FNM but it's not kind of a thing I wish to do all the time plus I just bought a computer for WER after all.

Thank you :) Contacted my local WPN support and if anyone is having similiar issues - get Service Pack 3 - it should help
