Project Description
What is @MagicJudges?
@MagicJudges is the Official Twitter account for the Magic: the Gathering™ Judge Program.
This account was created near the end of 2009 and is used to inform our audience about what is going on in the Judge Program, to provide a view of big events like GPs and PTs from a Judge Perspective, and in general to talk about whatever is relevant for the Magic Judge community.
The project has three differentiated parts:
1) Announcements => Team leader is TBD
2) Moderation => Team Leader is David Lyford-Smith
3) Tweeting from Events => Team Leader is Brook Gardner-Durbin
Who is our target audience?
Judges are our main audience, although we also publish content that can interest TOs and players.
What do we tweet about?
This account is used to broadcast program wide announcements in sync with what is published on the Magic Judges Facebook page.
When at events we tweet about everything that's interesting from the judges' point of view.
We don't reply rules questions on this account, Twitter users inquiring about those are redirected to chat.magicjudges.org/mtgrules/
