When it will be upgraded? Who can fix this for me?

I have set your level as it appears in the Magic Judge Apps forum. However, the more appropriate way to accomplish this is to either (a) contact the judge who tested you (e.g., that judge's name should appear in your advancement review as recorded in the Judge Center) or (b) your regional coordinator.
