Hello judges!

The application to judge at the Israeli nationals is now open.

Schedule

Friday, August 17th:

• Last Chance Qualifiers (by demand)
• Last Chance Trials (by demand)

Saturday, August 18th:

• Nationals (Standard + Booster Draft)
• Standard PPTQ (will start after the Swiss portion of the main event)

Compensation

Each judge will receive 30 NIS in store credit per hour.
Leading roles will receive 5 additional NIS per hour (in store credit).

Judges on the LCQ and LCT on Friday will receive 15 NIS in store credit per hour.

We will be accepting volunteers who wish to gain experience at Competitive REL events, and perform simple roles.
Compensation for volunteers will be determined on the day of the event, according to player attendance (it will be significantly lower than staffed judges).

Standby judges will receive the appropriate compensation for their role if activated.

Food

All staffed judges (non-volunteers) on the main event will receive their choice of a sandwich, a pizza, or two pretzels for lunch, in addition to the regular compensation. Water and snow cones will be freely available to all staff members throughout the day.

Expectations

If you're selected as a judge, you are expected to be at the site on time, wearing appropriate judge attire (black pants or skirt, black belt, dark, closed toe, shoes and an official judge shirt). Volunteers are expected to use the informal judge shirt instead of the official one.
If you need a judge shirt or a name tag, please indicate so in your application.
