L1 and L2 testing will be available.  If you are interested in testing please PM Bryan Spellman.

Keep in mind in order to qualify for foils you must be a certified judge and apply by the deadline (9/21/18).  If you don't meet the qualifications or don't make the deadline, we would still love to have you but we cannot guarantee foils.
