PTQ Magic 2015 Legion Games

• Format: Theros / Born of the Gods Sealed, Top 8 Theros / Born of the Gods Draft
• Cost: $40
• Registration: Starts: 9:00am Ends: 9:45am
• Round 1 Starts: 10:00 am

  • Booster packs based on standings after Swiss
  • Additional boosters based on Top 8 standings
  • 1st gets an invite to Pro Tour Theros and a WoTC provided travel award

*Airfare award. An airfare award shall consist of one (1) roundtrip coach air ticket, on an airline chosen by Wizards or its designate, from the major airport nearest your home to the city in which the applicable tournament or championship will be held. You will adhere to all instructions provided by Wizards to assist Wizards or its designate in booking such air ticket. Wizards or its designate will book such ticket to include the days of the applicable tournament or championship. Lodging, meals, gratuities, ground transportation, and fees caused by changes to airline reservations are your responsibility. Trip must be taken on dates designated by Wizards or award will be forfeited.

Legion Events is running the GP in Minneapolis, so you know this is going to be an awesome GP. Instead of going there with 0 byes, and trying to grind your way in to some byes, head on down to Minneapolis Convention Center knowing that you have 2 byes already, along with the “Sleep in Special”. That’s correct, if you win this GPT we will buy the winner entry into the GP and the “Sleep in Special” upgrade. Once you have registered and submitted a deck list, you will not need to show up at the venue until Noon, unless the times are changed at this GP. • Prizes: First place will receive a 2 round bye at GP Minneapolis, free entry into GP Minneapolis and the “Sleep in Special”, additional pack prizes will be based upon attendance.

Judge info:

I would like Judges on site at the FFG Center at 8:45 am so we can do a meeting and some setup.

Attire is black pants and shoes, and a shirt you can wear under a Legion shirt - Legion shirts will be provided.

Compensation will be boosters equal to attendance, divided by the head judge.

Lunch will be provided - it will be in the form of a coupon to the FFG Center restaurant.
