Grand Prix Toronto 2012 Judge Conference

It is my distinct honor and privilege, in co-operation with Westcan Events, to invite you all to the very first Canadian Judge Conference, taking place in conjunction with Grand Prix Toronto. The conference will be held Friday, December 7^th, from 6pm till 9pm at the venue site (the Toronto Congress Center). This will be an opportunity to see old friends, and make new ones, as you learn and share knowledge.

The conference will comprise a series of short seminars, focused on the core aspects of the judge program. The schedule has yet to be finalized, but will include seminars on:

There is no attendance charge. Food and drinks will be provided for attendees and presenters.

If you would like to attend this conference, please apply through Judge Apps so we can get an accurate headcount. ALL judges are welcome, regardless of level. There will be judge foils available for attendees of the conference based on their attendance and participation in each seminar. Additionally, those who are willing to dedicate their time and efforts to presenting a seminar will be rewarded in addition to the attendance rewards.

Please note that there will be events running during the conference. As such some judges may not be able to attend every seminar but we will do our best to work with the event TO to facilitate attendance requests.

We are planning to have 1-2 presenters for each seminar. If you are interested in presenting on one of the above topics, or have other seminars you and feel would fit with conference aims, please let us know before the end of October.
