East Coast Gaming is hosting SCG Season Two Regionals (Modern) in Raleigh, North Carolina and we need judges to apply to help us make the event a success.

Regional Championships
Please be able to be on site by 9:15 Player registration cuts off at 9:50
Expect to stay through End of Swiss. Some judges will be asked to stay for Top 8 and the PPTQ.
Format: Modern
Expectations
Judges are expected to prepare for each event by reviewing the Comprehensive Rules, Magic Tournament Rules and Infraction Procedure Guide. These documents can be found at the Magic Judges Document Center. As representatives of East Coast Gaming and the Magic Judge Program, judges are expected to behave in a professional manner at all times. This includes arriving on time, and in appropriate attire - Black pants, Judge shirt, black socks, black shoes (I'm actually more concerned with judges having comfortable and functional footwear, we're on our feet for a lot of time please take care of yourself).
Compensation
Compensation at the Regional Championship is based on judge certification level and is paid in Compensation Units (CU).

Level 1 Judges will receive 1 CU/day staffed.

Level 2 & 3 Judges will receive 2 CU/day staffed.

If you're selected for Standby, you'll receive free entry to the event but may be asked to judge instead with appropriate comp.
Each CU can be redeemed for one of the following:

1 box of any Standard Set

$80 cash (Requires a completed United States tax form)

$108 in East Coast Gaming store credit.
All judges will also receive a Regionals playmat!
