Event Information
Hello Regional Leadership! The 2018 SE Regional Conference will be on Saturday December 1st. You can apply via that event's application (https://apps.magicjudges.org/events/10632/). On Sunday December 2nd, we'll be having a Regional Leadership Conference! Attendance is limited to SE Level 3 Judges and Captains.
For those of you reading this who do not fall into either of those categories, there will be a forum post on the Regional Conference page closer to the event for anyone that has topics that they'd like to suggest we discuss during this meeting.
We will finalize a schedule closer to the conference. As a heads up, we’ll spend time talking about what went right/wrong this year, what our plan for conferences for 2019 will be, budget stuff, issues, what worked in one area and if another area wants to implement the idea, regional initiatives for the next year, and goals. How the L3s and non-area captains can help, if we need more/less captains (area or otherwise), and anything more I can be doing to help you all succeed.
