Event Information
Hello everyone! We're looking for a number of outstanding Magic Judges to help us with our PTQ on April 5th in beautiful Ottawa, Ontario! The PTQ is being run by the New Technology Store at Algonquin College (their first PTQ ever! Congrats!).
We're asking for L2 and above judges who are intested in applying to submit a brief cover letter outlining their past Comp Rel experience and skills we should be aware of for consideration. L1s that can demonstrate they are working towards L2 are also welcome to apply.
If you are selected, you will be expected to be in standard Judge apparel. If you need a Judge shirt, there will be some available to borrow for the day. You will be asked to arrive at 8:00 a.m. on the 5th to assist with setup. Lunch will be provided.
Judges will be given their choice of a box of any sealed product that the Store currently has in stock. The current list of product is as follows:
8th Edition, 9th Edition, Magic 2012, Magic 2013, Magic 2014, Legions, Scourge, Mirrodin, Saviors of Kamigawa, Scars of Mirrodin, Mirrodin Beseiged, Innistrad, Dark Ascension, Avacyn Restored, Return to Ravnica, Gatecrash, Dragons Maze, Theros, Born of the Gods
Applications will be accepted until March 22, and results will be announced on March 24.
