GP Vancouver Pre-event Meetup

Yes, it is that time of the year again. When we get together and drink eggnog, eat turkey, and play MTG. Given that during the last weekend of the year there is a GP in Vancouver, it means that there will be a number of judges in town for the event and it would be a great time to get together and discuss the GP, play some casual magic, and relax before the stressful floor at the GP. 

We want lots of photos!

 

This event is open to any judge so we want to encourage anyone coming from out of town to join us. This is a great way to get to know each other and will definitely help with the upcoming GP. 

 

Where is it happening?

 

We are meeting at the Storm Crow Alehouse, Vancouver's nerdy bar. Lots of board and card games as well as SciFi shows on TV. It's a fun location at 1619 West Broadway. We do ask that you are either 19+ with photo ID or accompanied by a parent or guardian. 

 

What time are we meeting? The reservation is for 5pm and the restaurant has told me that we must all be there at that time. This means that the best time to meet is 4:50 so as to catch any late stragglers.
