USA-Central Conference Logistics 2019

Hi, everybody! This is an "event" created to manage the documentation and planning of the 2019 Judge Conference schedule in the USA-Central Region. If you've been added to the "event", it's because you are part of the Conference Logistics Team in the region for 2019! 

As with recent years, we will be continuing our efforts to run "mini conferences" - smaller conferences that are spread out through the region. This has shown success at increasing the numbers of conference attendees across the region, which is one of the more geographically diverse in the US. Our team is responsible for securing venues, determining dates, inviting presenters, and helping to determine the topics for all of the conferences that we will be putting on in the region in 2019. This is a big responsibility - we're one of the most active of the regional leadership teams, and we interact directly with the conference education team, the online communication team, and the regional coordinator fairly frequently! 

Each member of the team will be responsible for helping to plan and execute at least one judge conference in the region. Most often this will be a conference near to you, geographically. We'll soon have documentation available to help guide you in this process, and I'll be available to help in any way that I can.
