Event Information
Hello Judges!
Welcome to the presenter application for the USA North conference weekend. This weekend will be comprised of two separate conferences, one on Saturday April 13th and the other on Sunday April 14th. All presenters for both conferences will be selected through this application.
The conference on Saturday will be a larger general conference divided into multiple rooms with several sessions in each room over the course of the day. This event is not capped for attendance, but due to having several rooms if you have a presentation that is good for 10-15 attendees we can work with you to accomodate that.
The Sunday conference will be a leadership conference. Note that the Sunday conference will be capped at 30 attendees. All sessions for the Sunday event will be held as one group, there will be no side tracks for this event.
You may apply to present at one or both conferences. Presentations at the Saturday conference are expected to run 45 min - 1 hour inlcuding time for audience questions. Sunday sessions will be geared towards audience participation and activities and are expected to be 2 hours total in length.
Individuals interested in presenting on Sunday are welcome/encouraged to find a second or third person to combine forces with on a topic/session.
