This is the application for Cool Stuff Games of Jacksonville's PTQ for Magic 2015!!

Compensation is 1 box per level and Lunch. There is also a very limited room sponsorship* that may be available based on need.. The desire is to staff mostly L2+, but there are some spots that will be specifically held for L1s.
Format is sealed and I will be the HJ. Judge call time will be announced closer to the events scheduled date.
This is CSI Jacksonville's first PTQ so lets make it one to remember.
