** Judges not from China Region are welcomed to join the conference, but won't be guaranteed with foil support.

会议信息：

裁判会议时间从周六午餐开始，周日午餐后解散。

建议安排周六上午10点前抵达会场，周日下午1点后离开会场。

报名费：

为确保会议质量及预订细节，参加的裁判需负担报名费用，且取消行程不予退还。为希望大家总支出相近，本次报名费用依照大家所在省份做差别定价。请点击以下链接，输入姓名和DCI号码，并依照显示金额透过支付宝付费（付费时请与备注加上自己的名字）。

报名费用包含：

1）周六午餐和晚餐，周日早餐和午餐；

2）周六晚住宿（两人一间）；

3）会议费用和其它杂费。

报名费不含：

1）路费；

2）当地旅游费用；

3）其它额外消费。

非认证裁判和家属：

非认证裁判和家属统一费用为400元，但是没有闪卡补助。

（认证状态以报名截止日为准，预计为一月底，如果认证状态更改则费用多退少补。）

闪卡：

所有在截止日前申请并且交费的裁判将得到一份DCI提供的裁判闪卡，闪卡将在每个讲座课题时间发出。

DCI给出的信息为目前预期本次闪卡与上次可能不同，最终消息以实际发放为准。

会议行程安排：

周六（4.13）

12:00 到达会议酒店，午餐

13:00-17:30 会议

18:00 晚餐

20:00 万智牌相关娱乐活动，其他活动目前待定。

周日（4.14）

7:30 早餐

8:30-11:30 会议

12:00 退房&午餐
