Road to Gent: Modern MKM Trial @ 2 Klaveren

Hello Judges!

We are looking for one or two L1 judges to help out at our local event in Amsterdam. The event is a Cardmarket/MKM Series Trial, small scale (20ish players) so nothing too serious. There is demand in amsterdam for more standard/modern events, so we are aiming to host some informal, fun and small-ish tournaments.

The event will be run as Regular but with decklists submitted. We are not aiming to have a super-serious event, but a well organized and managed event, keeping the cost of entry affordable and with interesting prizes for everyone. As this is a relatively "cheap" tournament and the prizes are not substantial, we will keep it Regular.

For this, we are looking for two judges who will be allowed to play (two judges would be best so the time spent running between tables can be shared). The Tournament Organizer will play as well (but will forfeit any prizes, in case of good finish).

The admin and management of the event will be done by the TO, so the judge can focus on play and helping others.

As a staffed judge, you will be compensated with free lunch and a drink to go with it

I hope this does not sound too unortodox, we are looking to run a small-scale, fair and well managed event. It will be a great opportunity for L1 judges to gain relevant experience in a relaxed atmosphere
