The Idaho State Championship Series staff welcomes you to join us for an amazing and fun filled event in Pocatello, Idaho on July 27, 2019.

Judge Staff

We are looking for up to three Level 1 or higher judges who would like to work the main event.  Judges will be expected to perform all duties typically assigned to staff judges at large events including but not limited to: pairings, slips, floor management, deck checks, end of round, etc.  We desire applicants who will act in a professional manner and can perform their responsibilities while being friendly and helping to provide a great experience.  Judges are required to be in appropriate judge uniform (Black Pants/Dress and a Black Dress Shirt/Regional Judge Shirt/GP Shirt) and are expected to be familiar with the IPG, MTR, and Comp Rules.  These documents can be found at the Magic Judge Document Center.

 

Call Time

Judges will be expected to be on-site and ready to work 30 minutes prior to the start of the main eventand may need to help setup the venue for things such as table numbers, placing pairing boards, etc. 

Judges are expected to stay until the end of Swiss Rounds (Top 8 coverage is optional).

 

Compensation

$80 OR 1 booster box of a current in-print MTG set (does not include premium sets like Masters/Horizons/Mythic/etc).

Lunch will also be provided.
