Gentry Open April 2019

The League of New and Beginning Magic Players is looking for a head judge, 2 floor judges and a standby judge for the Gentry Open on April 20th. They will be working together with Anouk; who is our side events and social media manager on site.

The event will take place in Outpost Ghent. The format is Gentry. If you are not familiar with this format visit www.gentrymagic.com.

You are expected to be at the event at 9:30 AM as the event will start at 10AM sharp. We expect this event to last 6 or 7 rounds, but it's subject to the amount of players. Please note the Head Judge will judge all these rounds plus a Top 8.

Please note this event will be streamed live on Twitch, so if you are the Head-Judge you will need to make sure someone is responsible for cooperating with the stream host to make sure everything goes smooth on that end.

The standby judge can play for free in the event, or if activated gets the same compensation as the floor judge.

Please indicate in your application if you are interested in a standby position.

Compensation:

5 euros per round judged plus a goodie bag

Head Judge: 45-50 euros + goodie bag

Floor Judge: 30-35 euros + goodie bag

Food & Drink at half price.

You are allowed to get product rather than cash at a generous rate should you prefer it that way. Please mention interest in this in your application.
Judges who regularly judge for the League may also get their compensation transferred into Judge Credits at a similar rate as cash→product.
