West Texas & New Mexico Mini Conference

Welcome

It is my pleasure to invite you to this mini-conference. This conference is aimed at Judges in New Meico and the West Texas area, although judges outside that area are welcome. We will be holding this conference at Panda & Penguin Game Lounge on Saturday, May 11, 2018. We will be starting at 12pm and finishing around 6pm. Please eat lunch before the conference, afterwards feel free to stick around as I'm sure many of us will be grabbing dinner.

Presentations

We are looking for 3 to 4 people willing to present at this conference. If you would like to present please mention in your cover letter what you would like to present on so we can finalize a schedule.

Testing

Testing for Level 1 will be available at this conference. If you are intending to test please mention in your cover letter. We will get in contact with you to follow up.

Venue Directions

It's obvious once you get there that you're in the right place, however Panda & Penguin can be a little hard to find sometimes. It is located just North of the 7th & Prince intersection in a large metal building. It's a weird T-shapped building so there's an outcrop towards the street we are on the Northern side of.

Foil Support

In order to receive foils for attending, you must be a certified Judge and register on or before April 27, 2019.
