Broadside Gaming Super IQ

On behalf of Broadside Gaming, we are excited to host their IQ Plus for the upcoming season

Applications: The TO and I will select up to 1 Standby Judge for this event.  IQ's are great opportunities to gain some useful experience with Competitive REL events.  Regardless of your experience, you are encouraged to apply as this event will be a great experience.  Broadside Gaming has always held events to the highest regard and makes sure their Judges are well taken care of.  

Standby Judge will be activated at 50 players with full Compensation.  In the event 50 players is not reached you will receive free entry to the event

Compensation: 80 cash.  Drinks provided

Event time: 12:30 (Call Time 11:30)

Location: Broadside Gaming, 6193 Highway Blvd Katy, TX 77077

EXPECTATIONS

Judges volunteering for this event are expected to prepare for each event by reviewing the Comprehensive Rules, Magic Tournament Rules, and Infraction Procedure Guide. each of which can be found at the Magic Judges Document Center. Judges are also expected to behave in a professional manner at all times, as representatives of Broadside Gaming and the Magic Judge program. This includes arriving on time, and in appropriate attire. 

Judges are expected to stay until the conclusion of the Swiss rounds. 

The dress code for judges at this event is an official judge shirt (black collared shirt if you do not have one), black pants (dress pants), a belt, and comfortable shoes (both preferably black). Judges should not be in uniform while off-duty, including during breaks and while trading.  Judge Blacks preferred, but if you do not have one let me know and I may have one I can loan to you for the event.
