MCQ Barcelona 2019 - Jacksonville

Greetings!

On behalf of Jacksonville Game Center; this is an announcement regarding the Mythic Championship Qualifier in Jacksonville, FL.

It will be held at the Embassy Suites Jacksonville located at 9300 Baymeadows Road; Jacksonville, FL 32256. We believe this to be a fairly large event, and do expect to hit our capacity (226 players). We look forward to seeing you there!

Head Judge: Gawain Ouronos

For this event, we are looking for three Team Leads (L2+) and 4 Floor Judges (Any Level). As this is the first one in Jacksonville, and is an open event, we do expect to reach event capacity. We also have two Standby positions; these positions are specifically to cover cancellations and unforseen circumstances. If accepted to a Standby position, please arrive prepared to judge. If you are not required to judge, you will receive free entry into the event in leiu of any other compensation.

Compensation

Compensation for the event is as follows:
$80 or one box of a Standard legal set per judge level (up to 2).

Call Time and Dress Code:

Call time for Team Leads is 0800.
Call time for Floor Judges is 0830.

Please make sure you are on time so that initial setup and briefings can take appropriately. 

Wear solid black pants and black shoes. Please insure that your shoes are very comfortable. If you have any of the appropriate Magic Judge shirts (old Black long sleeve, blue SE Region/Florida polo) please wear that; otherwise, any solid black button down shirt will work. Please insure that if you are wearing a solid black button down, please insure that it is without any logosor acuments.
