Event Information
Hello everybody,
The next Mini Conference/Dutch Judge Dinner will be held on Wednesday July the 3th at De Dobbelsteen in Arnhem. Everybody who is a judge or interested in becoming a judge is welcome.
What to expect?
This event is a combination of a judge dinner and a mini conference. The evening will be casual with games, conversations, a takeout dinner and seminars.
Agenda
17:00 Doors open
19:00 Official start and dinner
20:00 Judging at Regular by Rory Tans
20:45 Break
21:00 Build Your Own Seminar by William Tiddi
21:45 Receiving support and payment

Applications
Since the first mini conference proved to be very successful, there’s no more first come/first serve. The deadline for applications is Sunday 26 May and applications will be processed shortly after that. To give everybody a chance to attend an edition, acceptance will be based on how many you have attended before and secondary your geographical location (local attendees receive priority).
If you would like to present a topic, you can indicate so in the application along with an optional topic proposal.
Parking
Parking in the street of the venue is paid until 23:00. Free parking is at 10 minutes walking either at Rosendaalsestraat in the north or Van Slingelandtstraat in the south.
It's a twelve minute walk from the trainstation.
Some notes
1. Attendees have to pay for their own food and drinks.
2. L1+ who apply through Sunday 26 May and get accepted, will receive conference support in the form of two foil judge promo cards. (Late application is possible when the event isn’t filled, but then you aren't eligible for conference support).
3. The maximum of attendees is 25 (with a maximum of 21 L1+).
4. Everybody can get accepted (judges and aspirant judges (no account, just let me know)).
