Attendants:
All certified Magic Judges are very welcome to apply. The conferences will be in English.
Accommodation and food:
We will book room for Friday and Saturday of the selected weekend for every attendant. Also breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided.
Travel:
There will be a transport coordinator for helping you to arrange the transport in a way it is as cheaper as possible. Each attendant is responsible of paying their travel expenses. There will be some Travel Sponsorship slots. More details in Sponsorship section.
Schedule:
A detailed schedule will be posted soon. But as a general guidance, we expect that the judges will arrive during Friday afternoon and the event will be closing after Sunday lunch.
Cost:
Each attendant should pay 50€ for covering accommodation and organization costs for this day. It will be 100€ the full weekend.
In the other hand, Wizards of the Coast will provide a judge foils pack per attendant as recognition of their effort and interest in being better judges. The assistance to the full schedule of activities during the weekend will grant the reception of the judge foils pack.
Form:
All attendants has to fill the following form. The sponsorship section is only for those that select Room and/or Travel Sponsorship.
