Event Information
Face Games is proud to announce our next FacetoFaceGames.com Saskatoon Open to be held at the Hilton Garden Inn Saskatoon Downtown in Saskatoon, SK. This awesome event features $3,800 in main event prizes, as well as on-demand drafts, constructed brawls and commander pods. The cap for this event is 300 players.
The Head Judge for this event will be Valerie Dawn.
CALL TIME
Judges will be expected to be on site and ready to work by 8:30 AM. You will not be required to assist setting up the hall but expect some light tasks in the morning like setting the table numbers, placing pairing boards, etc. You are also required to stay until at least the end of the Swiss rounds and assistance with cleaning and breakdown is expected. Based on previous events, you can expect the Swiss rounds to end around 8:00 PM but please note that the actual finish time might be different.
ALL JUDGES WELCOME
We're looking for judges of all levels. Judges staffed for this event will be working at Competitive REL and applying the IPG, all while being friendly and customer service focused. As this is Modern event, being familiar with the format and all the interactions involved is highly recommended.
COMPENSATION
- Judges staffed as Floor Judge/Scorekeeper will receive their choice of either $150 cash or $200 in store credit from FacetoFaceGames.com
- Judges staffed as Assistant Head Judge (Team Lead) will receive their choice of either $200 cash or $250 in store credit from FacetoFaceGames.com
We are also looking for one standby judge. If you wish to apply as a Standby Judge, please select the appropriate box in your application. Judges staffed as standby will be able to play in the main event for free if not needed to judge. 160 and 180 are the activation numbers for standby judges #1 and #2 respectively.
