Event information:

The conference will be held on August 31 - September 1 in Toruń, Poland.

We plan to run two parallel seminar tracks for most of the program. At least one track will be in Polish, possibly one will be in English (based on participants).

Detailed program will be posted later. It depends on the number of judges in attendance and presenters, so if you're likely to be present, please apply ASAP, without waiting for application deadline. If you apply late, there might be very limited accomodation options available for you.

Seminars:

We are looking for presenters! If you want to present some topic, please fill a form that will be posted on event forums (after your application is accepted).

The deadline for signing up for presenting is July 14th. 

All of the seminars are mandatory if you want to obtain foils at the end of the weekend.

 

Saturday August 31st:

On Saturday there will be two blocks of seminars, 4 presentations each, starting from 14:00.

We booked some rooms at the venue. Signups available after registration for conference, link to the form will be posted on forums. 

You can book rooms with us until the end of June, afterwards, the spot is not guaranteed. The price per night per person starts from 50zł.

 

Entertainment:

We are planning Judge Dinner on Saturday, board game/card game night and possibly some activities on Sunday after the seminars.

Foil Support:

In order for you to receive judge promos, you must apply via JudgeApps and attend seminars on Saturday and Sunday. If you miss the application window or are uncertified at the closing date, you will not receive any foils.
