Goals/Attendance:

With PPTQs gone and MCQ events here, our opportunities to get together with, mentor, and learn from other judges have increased dramatically. Our plan is to bring in outside presenters to help teach and improve our judges. In order to provide a safe environment for judges to learn and grow, and to ensure we have and effective and personalized time together,  we are limiting this conference to somewhere between 20-24 attendees, with the intention that we are empowering our leaders so that they can bring those skills to their local areas. Due to the cap, we will be prioritizing in-region judges, although anyone is welcome to apply.
