Hello Regional Leadership! Teach the Teachers Workshop will be on Saturday August 3rd. You can apply via that event's application (https://apps.magicjudges.org/events/11761/). On Sunday August 4th, we'll be having a Regional Leadership Conference! Attendance for this event is limited to SE Level 3 Judges and Captains.
For those of you reading this who do not fall into either of those categories, there will be a forum post on the Regional Conference page closer to the event for anyone that has topics that they'd like to suggest we discuss during this meeting.
We will finalize a schedule closer to the conference. As a heads up, we’ll spend time talking about what went right/wrong this year, conferences, budget stuff, issues, what worked in one area and if another area wants to implement the idea, regional initiatives for the next year, and goals. How the L3s and non-area captains can help, if we need more/less captains (area or otherwise), and anything more I can be doing to help you all succeed.
