The “L3 Leadership Workshop” is a set of workshops designed to help L3s develop their leadership skills by deep diving into some of the most important and related soft skills. We will work on the ability to listen and talk (feedback), to act (conflict management theory and practice), to understand (increase empathy levels) and to motivate (people motivation, expectation and management).

We decided to focus on these essential leadership skills because the Judge Program is built on diversity where we all learn from each other. But diversity is only made possible if we share about our differences through feedback and successfully manage any disagreements or differences of perspectives. Hence this is where our journey will start from!

No matter if you might consider yourself a beginner, knowledgeable or expert in these topics, we would still like to invite you. The workshops are designed in a way that participants can learn from each other as well as learning from the instructor. So, help us out by sharing what you know.

We want to thank all judges who participated to the pilots in the last 6 months as their feedback was fundamental in helping us to consolidate topics and activities. And thus we are ready now to announce...

The Second Workshop!

The second L3 Leadership Workshop will take place in Indianapolis on September 9th-10th (Monday and Tuesday) right after the Magic Fest weekend in Indianapolis. Please apply by July 15th. It will be a very interactive 2-day workshop and spots will be limited in order to guarantee the best experience to all judges attending and the maximum amount of interactions between attendees and moderator.

Moderator will be Ivan Petkovic who is heading the Coaching Sphere. Ivan is an agile, personal and management coach specializing in leadership and other soft skill topics. Within the Judge Program he organized similar workshops and trainings for his regions in Europe East and German Speaking Region as well as on a number of conferences in Europe and US.

NEW: We are happy to invite also all L2s that are holding Advanced/Leadership roles in the judge program.
