North Georgia MiniCon 2019

Welcome!

In cooperation with TCF Gaming Arena the Southeast Regional Leadership, we are pleased to announce a mini-conference for the Atlanta area for September 14th, 2019. This event will be held at TCF Gaming Arena in McDonough, Ga. 

Judge conferences are a great way for judges of all levels of experience to come together, meet new and old friends, and share their collective experience and knowledge. If you want to learn, teach, or likely do a bit of both in a fun environment surrounded by judges just like yourself, this is the place to be

Scheduling
The Judge Conference start time is 11:30, with presentations beginning at noon, and ending around 6pm.

Presentations
Presentations make a conference, and with a large amount of things to discuss and limited space and time, we want to make sure we are talking about things people want to hear about, by people who want to talk about them.

In order for some to learn, some must teach. We are looking for a number of presenters focusing on L1 skills and growth as they begin to work medium and large events, such as MFs, Opens, and MCQs.

Testing

 Testing will be available for L1 and L2 Candidates, however to be considered for testing please indicate that you plan to test either on your application or by emailing georgiamagicjudge@gmail.com before Sept 1st. Please have your checklist ready.
