JOU Prerelease at Dragon's Lair Stockholm

Applications are now accepted for the prerelease events hosted by Dragon's Lair in Stockholm. Details about these events are included below.

In your application, include details about which events you are willing to judge, any preferences you might have if applying for more than one, as well as any other requests. For the large Saturday event, we are also accepting one standby judge. A standby judge will help during the setup of the event. That judge will then get to play in the event (at a discout price) unless player numbers exceed expectations, in which case he or she will instead join the staff (including full compensation).

Application results will be posted April 21.

Midnight Prerelease (after FNM) - Dragon's Lair, Kungsholmen

One judge is needed for this event.
Registration for this event starts after the FNM. Deck construction + 4 rounds of swiss, with 1 prize booster awarded for each match won at the end of the event. 

Grand Prerelease - Torsviks skola, Lidingö

Three judges and one standby are needed for this event. 
This event consists of two separate tournaments - one with a prize payout that starts at one win, and one with a steeper prize distribution, where the reward for winning all one's matches are high. The two tournaments will be held in tandem, and organized by the same judge crew. This is an excellent way to get experience working at a large scale event s part of a team of judges.

Midnight Prerelease (Sat-Sun) - Dragon's Lair Kungsholmen

One judge is needed for this event.
The event starts at midnight, and the venue will be open until the event starts. Deck construction + 4 rounds of swiss, with 1 prize booster awarded for each match won at the end of the event.

Sunday Prereleases - Dragon's Lair Kungsholmen

One to two judges are needed for this event.
During Sunday, two tournaments will be held at Dragon's Lair. One is a Two-Headed Giant event with registration starting at 09.00. The other is the last of the single player events, starting at 12.00. Judges for this shift must make sure to be familiar with the 2HG rules before the event.
