Modern Series Final + MCQ in Warsaw

Mythic Championship Qualifier + Modern Series Final 06-08.09.2019 Warsaw

We'd like to invite all judges to apply for judging 3-days event that will be held in Warsaw.

We'are looking for some L2 and L1 judges and at least one L3 judge.

We are offering one, two and three day positions.
Judges and Team Leads may be asked to work on main event (parings, slips, deck checks, EOR etc.) or side and on demand events. You can be selected as HJ on side events.
Scorekeepers will work with registration and perform results entry along with any other scorekeeping duties.
Head Judge will work only on the main event.
We require experience (at least 5 GP's) to be the HJ or TL.

The typical shift lenght is 10-12 hours with a lunch break and at least two fifteen minuest breaks. Head Judge and Team Lead have to stay longer for TOP8. The start time of each day is between 9:00 and 10:30. Exact hours will be given after application process.

Compensation:
Head Judge - 300 PLN plus 15 Modern Horizons Boosters / day
Team Lead - 250 PLN plus 10 Modern Horizons Booster / day
Scorekeeper - 200 PLN plus 10 Modern Horizons Booster / day
Floor Judge L2/L3 - 150 PLN plus 10 Modern Horizons Booster / day
Floor Judge L1 - 100 PLN plus 5 Modern Horizons Booster / day

In addition, all judges will get lunch in the restaurant. We also provide water and snacks like cookies and fruits.
If you are a vegetarian, give us information in the form.

If you are selected for standby, you are not confirmed to work on any day, but you agree to show up and be activated as necessary. You can be also activated in advance. Staff selected for standby will get two draft vouchers or normal compensation if activated.

Such an event is a great opportunity for first level judges to see what a big event looks like. We warmly invite level 1 judges to submit an application.

06.09. Friday - Modern Series Last Chance Qualifier
07.09. Saturday - Modern Series Final
08.09. Sunday - Mythic Championship Qualifier

On Demand Events
8 person drafts and constructed (T2, Modern, Legacy, Vintge, Brawl, Commander).

Due to the fact that the main events take place in modern, it is required from the judges to have a smartphone or tablet to have continuous access to the oracles of the cards. There will be Wi-Fi on site.

The Saturday tournament will be an international event. Wizards made a division into countries. People qualified in the following countries / regions must play the final in Warsaw:
- Central Europe (Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia);
- Balkans, Greece, Turkey;
- Scandinavia with Denmark;
- Baltic States (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia);
- South Africa, Kuwait, Lebanon, Namibia, United Arab Emirates.
