裁判会议时间从周六午餐开始，周日午餐后解散。
建议安排周六上午10点前抵达会场，周日下午1点后离开会场。
The conference will start from Saturday afternoon and dismiss by noon on Sunday.

所有在截止日前申请并且交费的裁判将得到一份DCI提供的裁判闪卡，闪卡将在每个讲座课题时间发出。
