USA-South Fall 2019 Conference

Welcome to the USA-South Fall Judge Conference for 2019!

The Judge Conference is open to everyone regardless of Judge Level or location. However, if you plan to attend, please apply here so that we will have an accurate headcount. This conference will have an attendance charge of $15 and includes a catered lunch. 

 
Venue
We will be hosted by the Willamiamson Conference Center at the Wingate in Round Rock, Texas. We will be meeting on the second floor in the High Tech Hall followed by breakout sessions in the Guadalupe and Bastrop Rooms.

Lodging
Rooms are available at the Wingate adjacent to the conference center for a group rate of $103/night. Rooms include a full hot breakfast. To book, use the code CGMAGJ.

Lunch
Lunch will be a taco buffet including beef, chicken, and avocado and mushroom tacos served with chips, dips, rice and beans accompanied by a drink station including iced tea and water. If you have any food allergies or dietary needs, please contact Erin Leonard.

Foils
In order to receive foils for attending, you must be a certified Judge and register on or before September 23, 2019.
