Hello Everyone!
The Hairy Tarantula is hosting yet another PTQ on May 10th!
In addition to the main event, we have a full day of side events so we're looking for a total of 19 Judges!
1x Head Judge (8am to 12am)
1x Scorekeeper (8am to 12am)
5x Main Event Judges (8am to 8pm/end of Swiss)
2x Main Event Judges (10am to 10pm)
1x Volunteer Judge (10am to 10pm)
1x CMT Head Judge (11am to 11pm)
6x Side Event Judges (11am to 11pm)
2x Volunteer Judges (11am to 11pm)
Lunch will be provided and all Judges will receive a Hairy T Spring 2014 Playmat!
Judge Comp:
Volunteer Judges will receive 18 Packs, $40 Cash or 50 Store Credit.
Side event Judges will receive 36 Packs, $80 Cash or 100 Store Credit.
Main Event Judges, the CMT Head Judge and the Scorekeeper will receive 45 Packs, $100 Cash or 120 Store Credit.
The Head Judge will receive at least 2.5 Boxes, $200 Cash or 275 Store Credit.
If you require any special arrangements, please let me know in your application.
If you need a place to stay overnight or someone to travel with, we can figure it out together!
