Judge Requirements
As a judge, you are expected to:
- Be up to date on all Standard set mechanics and interactions (see the Release Notes for each set) as well as all required documents for judging at Regular and Competitive REL (IPG, MTR, JAR). If you are applying to judge on Sunday, familiarity with Modern and Pioneer rules interactions is also strongly preferred.
- Wear proper judge attire, as outlined in the official judge uniform guidelines here (under the section entitled "The black judge shirt"). In particular, you should always strive to maintain a clean and professional appearance while working the event.
- Contribute to the success of our events and have a positive, helping, and professional attitude toward players, staff, and partner stores at all times.
Note: Strong preference is given to judges fluent in French over those who are not.
