Event Information
Rook's Comics and Games is looking for 3-4 judges for a Pro Tour Qualifier for PT Magic 2015 on 5/31/14. The format for the event is Sealed Swiss, and the REL is Competitive. Judges will be expected to arrive at the venue at 9am, and compensation will be one booster box of Magic product (36 packs). Knowledge of the IPG is required, and previous experience at one or more competitive REL tournaments is preferred.
We're also looking for a few people to help prepare product bags on Friday afternoon. Please indicate if this is something in which you are interested. There will also be opportunities for one or two aspiring judges to shadow members of our staff and learn about how competitive events are run.
Applications will be accepted through May 14, 2014. If you need to know if you will be on staff earlier in order to make travel arrangements, please let Adena or Sara know, and we will do our best to get you an answser sooner.
