USA-East - Judge Conference Philadelphia Area

In association with Top Deck Games we are proud to present a USA-East Judge Conference in the Philadelphia area.

NOTE: While any judge may attend you must be a member of Judge Academy to recieve foils (if so sponsored).

The conference will be held at Top Deck Games in Haddon, NJ and with the first session starting promptly at 10:00AM.

NOTE: Capacity for the event will be capped to 50 judges.

There will be 5 sessions on the day with a single stream, each presentation will be 50 minutes with 10 minutes in-between each session for setup, etc.  There will be a one hour lunch between sessions 2 and 3.  There are many locations close to the shop which are great for lunch and dinner, following the conference people are free to sitck around for various games, Commander, or whatever!

There will be feedback forms for each of the presentations and attendees are strongly encouraged to fill out these forms, we will be using electronic feedback forms (via Google forms) and links will be posted & shared for the forms nearer to the conference.

failure to do so may mean that your submission is not considered, or otherwise lost in the shuffle.  Presentation selections will be made based on topic and relevance.  Presenters will be notified via e-mail of acceptance of their e-mail, and the schedule posted in the event will be updated with the name of the presenter, their slot (once decided after all presentations are selected), and their presentation title/topic.
